Job Description
Greet the patient & visitor in a standing and attentive position with a smiling face when they
come and solve their queries.
ï‚· Providing a proper direction to the patient by following the work flow, to ensure reduction in
patient wait time.
ï‚· Patient scheduling & vehicle arrangement for the patient (if required).
ï‚· Provide them the necessary documents & materials of the hospital (Brochure, Leaflets, etc).
ï‚· Feeding correct data in computer.
ï‚· Issue receipt & collect cash properly.
ï‚· Attend grievances and direct them to concerned superior if unsolved.
