Job Description-

• Record data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Completion of paperwork required for record maintenance.
• Monitor agents to identify errors, deviations & initiate corrective measures.
• Generate account specific QA reports based upon predefined contractual criteria and provide inputs to operations.
• Conduct Quality monitoring sessions with associates, thus completing performance summaries that will be submitted to the Operations Manager or Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• To monitor and track quality project plan implementation to ensure desired outcomes.
• Participate in daily, weekly update meetings as necessary.       
• Perform assigned functions according to standardized policies and procedures
• Provide detailed, clear and professional performance feedback.

 

 

      Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access) and Internet Explorer.
• Overview of Internal Audit procedure.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
