1.Front Office Management
2.To maintain Employee Out Tracker. (Excel having fields as Name of employee, floor, out time, in time, reasons, comments).
Also you have to file forms received from employees duly signed by Floor manager.
3.To maintain Interview Tracker (having details of walk ins, name of interviewer etc.)
4.Coordination with different department heads for daily admin issues.
5.Receiving bills,mails etc.
6.Calling for line ups.
7.Coordination with Admin activities.
Qualification: - Post Graduate/ Graduate
