Job Posting:- Near by Native District (Chhattishgarh)

The job would revolve around:

Pre-lending

1.      Identifying Ideal customer which includes entire guidelines of Svatantra.

2.      Area Survey

3.      Orientation Meeting

4.      Family Survey

5.      Accurate Documentation Check and House Visit

6.      Group Formation and Group Assessment

7.      Financial Training

8.      Loan Applications

Lending

1.      Successfully follows Business Process requirement

2.      Ensuring each appropriate and right communication to clients in terms of repayments

3.      Accurate collection of Processing and Insurance fees at the time of disbursement

4.      Appropriately providing Loan kits in well-defined period and reaches to customer on the loan disbursement day.

Post-lending

1.      Complete follow-up with Client in terms of monthly repayment

2.      Ensuring customers have paid monthly repayment in a well advance

3.      Ensure cash procedures are followed in a timely manner
